Kensington Suite

Eastern Wing

Entire Homestead

When you book out the Entire Homestead you will have exclusive, private use of the whole house. This includes the Kensington Suite with a large double spa bath, a kitchenette a large walk-in robe and lovely views out over the property as well as the fully en-suited Jacaranda Suite and the Fig Tree Suite with a claw foot bathtub with a separate shower and a private lounge room with a fireplace and fabulous views.

Also includes the media room with a large wall sized projector screen, the library, the spacious deck area with BBQ facilities, the large kitchen with a big double door fridge/freezer, a large oven, a six burner gas stove, a microwave oven, an automatic coffee machine, a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and all utensils.

Breakfast Hampers

You can choose from either a fresh hot Pastry Hamper or a raw Meat and Eggs Hamper.

If you choose the Meat and Eggs Hamper, you can cook your breakfast in the elegant French provincial style guest kitchen (pictured below).

Alternatively, you might like to use the BBQ area on the deck.

The Pastry Hamper does not require any cooking.

Breakfast Hampers are $20 each and provide breakfast for two people.

It is not compulsory to purchase a breakfast hamper, some guests choose instead to bring along their own food and store and cook it in the fully equipped kitchen.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for a stay at Branell Homestead.

Gift vouchers can be either sent out to you in the post or if they are required immediately, they can sent by e-mail.

Check In / Check Out / Reservations / Cancellations

Check In is 2:00pm and Check Out is 10:30am.

Reservations and cancellations policy – a fifty percent deposit is required upon booking a room. The deposit will be refunded by cheque in the mail if a cancellation is made with at least two weeks notice. If a cancellation is made with less than two weeks notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

We do not take tentative bookings. To hold a room, a fifty percent deposit is required. Branell Homestead books out quickly, particularly on weekends and public holidays. To avoid disappointment, ensure you book well in advance. Pets are not permitted at Branell Homestead.
